Ziad Turkey is an Iraqi Filmmaker who lives in Damascus. In this cooking show, he is preparing a traditional Iraqi dish called Tipsy. Ziad shows us some of his unique tricks and explains how to simply do it yourself at home. This mouthwatering menue was prepared and eaten in November 2007 in Amman.
